The 3-channel Power Amplifier 037 marks the state of the art in amplifier design for home entertainment systems. It applies insights that were gained when creating the internationally awarded power amplifiers 909, 911 and 956.

Like all Burmester amplifiers, the 037 is fully balanced and completely DC-coupled. Due to its appearance, powerful sound and imposing size, the 037 is regarded a monument among all multi-channel power amplifiers.

The 037 is capable of delivering high currents continuously and can thus easily control speakers with low impedance values and complex loads. Due to its ability to extract the smallest sonic detail even at very high volumes, the 037 is dedicated for Home Theater applications.

The 3-channel Power Amp 037 has identical amplification stages as the Classic Line Power Amp 036, the 5/6-channel Power Amp 039 or the Classic Line Integrated Amplifiers 032 or 082. Therefore, they are dedicated for combination. The resulting “Total Coherence Amplification” (TCA) allows for example 5-channel systems by combining the 032 with the 037 3-channel power amp.
